Welcome To Our Facilities!

Florida Aid to Animals was founded over 33 years ago to help pet owners better afford basic, necessary health care for their furry family members. We are committed to making Pet Health Care affordable for pet parents. FATA proudly promotes low-cost Spay and Neuter procedures to provide affordable sterilization surgeries to help decrease the number of cats and dogs that were, and still are, being euthanized at shelters due to pet overpopulation. Our clinic locations are staffed with veterinary professionals and have grown into one of Central Florida's top choice hospitals for Affordable Veterinary Care.

If FATA is unable to help you with your pet’s medical condition we will refer you to another clinic, which provides more services.

About Florida Aid to Animals

Florida Aid to Animals was founded over 25 years ago to help pet owners better afford basic, necessary health care for their pets. We are committed to making Pet Health Care affordable to everyone. We also promote low cost Spay and Neuter to help with the over-population of pets.

The original Melbourne facility was opened in 1989 by Isabelle Dorsey. Her mission was to provide an affordable sterilization program to help decrease the number of cats and dogs that were, and still are, being euthanized at shelters due to pet overpopulation. The hospital is now managed by her daughter, Lisa and is staffed by 20+ employees and has grown into an affordable pet health care clinic.
